Optimum VM Memory Tracker

Built a Shiny (R) app to visualize real-time VM memory transfers between proxies using logs, metrics, and traces from Optimum's P2P memory layer. Benchmarked performance against GossipSub to demonstrate reduced data transfer latency across nodes.
